India rebuffs China's offer to Mediate
The brewing conflict between India and Pakistan has left over 70,000 dead and several others displaced.
On the need to resolve a long standing conflict that has plagued the region since 1989, China's offer to mediate was quickly rebuffed by the India authority.
"We are ready to talk Kashmir with Pakistan, but no third party mediation," Gopal Baglay said.
The unease has been as a result of the fight over the de facto Kashmir valley between the two nuclear-armed neighbours.
