Kaduna Whistle Blower Now Arraigned - Police

On Thursday, a Kaduna high court remanded one Abubakar Sani-Chindo in prison after it was proven beyond reasonable doubts that the information he provided to the security agency which led to the raid on former Vice President Namadi Sambo's house was false.

The men of the Independent Corrupt Practices and other related offense commission carried out the raid on June 28.

Despite the fact that the raid was carried out three times and no incriminating objects were found on these occasions the culprit remained unperturbed about the implications of his crimes, insisting no wrongdoing.

The accused person pleaded not guilty after the charges were read to him.

However, Justice Mohammed adjourned the case to enable the accused person to get a counsel and also ordered that the accused be remanded in prison until the aforementioned tasks are met.
